Our friend, 'SN' knows my actual age :) Anyways, this ol' Blog had served it's purpose... mainly to make it difficult for those Chinese-(Canadians?) who were trying to run for public, but didn't have the goods to back up their claims of "giving back to Canada". Just got tired of hearing these sorts of individuals saying the right things, but in reality, were just friggen full of it. I'd like to think that this blog tripped up a number of these characters. Off the top of my head, I can think of a few who were caught by this blog, and they failed in their attempts to secure a seat - whether at the nomination meeting or at election time. So with the deed done... my earlier blog posts, like the CC clown who received the "Dung beetle" award has been removed. Browsed through an interesting book recently, “The ascent of money” by Niall Furgeson.
