… arrested and put in jail?
Interesting May 4th, 2009Well, a few of you had written to the UGLY Chinese Canadian, and wondered why there had not been any blog postings of late.
Our detractors are probably hoping that the UGLY Chinese Canadian had been arrested and put in the Pokey… you know, the big House aka the Slammer. 
No such luck.
As was written last year, it was a bit tiring, whining all the time … so we’re off to bigger and better things.
When I get around to it, I’ll repost back the earlier archive of 3 or so years of blunt observations back onto this blog.
Got to admit, it was a heckalot of fun. And again, it was really swell meeting so many of you on-line.
Good luck all, and to all those clowns who were offended and insulted by the contents of this blog… we hope it opened your eyes. Tolerance begins with acceptance and involvement in the greater community around you.
Don’t be insular.
Stop having such a closed mind. It’s time for you now, to start up your own blog and start soap boxing.
It’s very therapeutic.

hehe Mr. W, I just saw your photo at Gunghaggisfatchoy site about your frogs.
My bad. I mistook you for a very very senior retiree who blogs to pass time. Imagine my shock to see a handsome young man instead.
I’m going to vote this May 12th. Can’t stand politics. Worst still the politicians.

It’s so embarrassing now that I actually thought that at your “frail” age,
it was a good idea when you decided to take a long pause from your blog.
Browsed through an interesting book recently, “The ascent of money” by Niall Furgeson.
Kind of therapeutic, like the pearl of wisdom that goes like this:

Anyways, this ol’ Blog had served it’s purpose… mainly to make it difficult for those Chinese-(Canadians?) who were trying to run for public, but didn’t have the goods to back up their claims of “giving back to Canada”.
Just got tired of hearing these sorts of individuals saying the right things, but in reality, were just friggen full of it.
I’d like to think that this blog tripped up a number of these characters.
Off the top of my head, I can think of a few who were caught by this blog, and they failed in their attempts to secure a seat – whether at the nomination meeting or at election time.
So with the deed done… my earlier blog posts, like the CC clown who received the “Dung beetle” award has been removed. The blog served it’s purpose, and there’s no further need to give the guy any more publicity.

Wow you’re taking a really long pause. Just kidding.
I landed in late 80’s. So it’s always interesting to read blogs like yours and GHFC. Could be my own misinterpretation, although the 2nd, 3rd, 4th generations contribute generously in community service, their representation in the political hierarchy is minimal. In contrast, new comers from HK, Twn, mainland won the race by numbers. To draw an analogy, every surge of new comers is like a tide coming in; afterward, the dead woods and debris are strewn on the beach. It is tedious job cleaning up.
